Harsh is our resident designer, researcher, and thinker, all rolled into one. His versatility and creative mind-set help him wear several hats. As the end to end project manager, he conceptualises, designs and executes all the in-house creative communication material, frontends with clients on our digital products, liaises with vendors and partners for all the design and research.

He brings with him a rare combination of being an MBA, B.Tech and even holds a certification in behavioural sciences. This makes his approach practical, yet rooted in human behaviour. He has experience in conducting a market analysis to identify industry trends, streamlining workflow processes and bringing in team cohesiveness. He has handled branding activities for Delhi Press Group, created a platform for Mumbai Police that focuses on better Public-Police and Media-Police relationships, this platform also aids in increasing internal motivation of the police force. He has worked extensively in the entertainment industry, creating marketing platforms for films and TV. He has created communication tools, conceptualised product concepts for client organisations and arrived at a growth strategy for the brands that he has supported. Some of the organisations that he has worked with include Reliance Digital, JA Entertainment, Green WhyNot, Andjob, Clean Planet and Business Of Ideas.

Being a health enthusiast and a champion of sustainability, he plays a critical role in designing our employee wellness interventions – especially community and health wellness. An ace networker and an avid reader, Harsh is always filled with interesting anecdotes, fun facts and narratives on a large range of subjects: environment, philosophy, music, history and food, to name a few.  In addition to this, he also runs a successful enterprise of making ice-creams with alcohol, a one of a kind ice-cream experience that one must try. He is a budding artist and delves into pencil sketching of both live and inanimate objects.
