We had the pleasure of collaborating with Re-Link Consulting, and we couldn't be more delighted with the results. Through comprehensive organizational diagnostics, they not only identified our pain points but also created a wonderful program on Diversity & Unconscious Bias to address key issues.

We also engaged Re-Link for a series of workshops focused on gender and inclusive leadership. Their innovative approach, such as using movies as a medium for facilitated discussions, brought complex themes to life. Moreover, Re-Link's women empowerment workshops for all of our women colleagues, centered around the book 'The Hangover of Choices,' were equally impactful. Their skilled facilitation prompted deep reflection among our team members. I would highly recommend them to any organization seeking to enhance their DEI efforts.

We partnered with Deepa Agarwal and Re-Link consulting to conduct Intentionally Inclusive Leadership sessions for our top management teams, across various businesses. We found every session was well-structured supplemented with excellent course material and exercises. Deepa was extremely good at facilitating, anchoring the discussions and getting the best out of everyone.

We have been partnering with Re-Link on our inclusion and diversity interventions. Right from working with the team on designing a facilitation program to define our vision and mission, to conducting a diagnostics study to understand the challenges of female members and supervisors during the expectancy stage to creating Maternity Transition Guidelines to better address dilemmas, Re-Link has been part of our journey. In addition, we have also enrolled their support in sensitising our employees on the issues of transgender members and on unconsicous biases. We have found the team to be very consultative and supportive in their approach to help us address our specific needs while simultaneously also providing us with relevant insights and inputs when required.

We worked with Re-Link to deploy learning modules on unconscious biases and inclusive leadership for our mid to senior level leaders. Loved their innovative approach to designing the intervention; practical and engaging, with a focus on the implementation of learnings. The interactivity they brought to the session created a safe space for participants and made for a great conversation starter on this sensitive topic. The interventions made them appreciate the value that DEI brings to an organization.

We partnered with Re-Link for our webinar series on "Inclusion to make Diversity work" offered to UN Volunteers globally, as part of the ongoing learning programs organised by the UN Capacity Development Team. In addition to being part of the design series, Re-Link had brought in the perspective of inclusion from the corporate sector's perspective, the business case for it, and a focus on the costs of emotional exclusion for individual members. The approach taken was collaborative, keeping the participants needs in mind, while also expanding the perspectives of inclusion from the corporate angle.
